Over 30% of staff trained to COPC 1 (BICS)
COPC training going very well. Agnieszka, Chris, Seana & Lisa working very hard to achieve 100% staff training by Jan 2013. So far 30% of staff trained to BICS COPC 1 standards. This includes training carried out by Colm O'Neill (Fourknocks Learning Organisation) Below is a sample of COPC 1 certificate.
